At Penny Pairs, we want you to love your new jewelry as much as we loved designing it. If your pieces aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry back in its original Penny Pairs pouch and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
